The Cannes Beach Hotel is located a 1-minute walk from the beach and the La Bocca shopping centre. Pierre & Vacances Cannes Beach offers a well-being centre with a sauna, hammam, hot tub and fitness room. Each studio, apartment and room has a simple décor and has a private bathroom. The apartments and studio are surrounding an interior courtyard and have a balcony. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area. Le Cabestan restaurant serves pizzas and traditional French cuisine, and children's menus are available. Guests can dine on a patio that is decorated with a sea theme and has exotic plants and enjoy a drink in the bar. There is a grocery shop at the entrance to the residence. Cannes City Centre is a 5-minute drive, Cannes - Mandelieu Airport is 550 metres away, Gare du Bosquet Train Station is 600 metres from the hotel.

For stays from 7 nights or more the price include TV, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), and taxes (except local tax). For shorts stays from 2 to 6 nights the check in is possible from 14:00 pm and Check out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12.00). Please note that the swimming pool is not supervised. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available and at extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 stroller and is subject to availability.
